The short version

This app does not collect your data. There is no account, no login, and no server of ours. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.

What the app stores, and where

The app saves your study progress on your own device: which questions you have answered, which ones you got wrong, your practice-test results, your language choice, and whether you have purchased the full package.

This information is stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard storage. It is not transmitted to us, and we have no way to read it. If you delete the app, that information is deleted with it.

What we do not do

  • We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
  • We do not create accounts and there is nothing to log in to.
  • We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising of any kind.
  • We do not show ads. There is no advertising SDK in this app.
  • We do not sell, share, or transfer any information to anyone, because we do not have any.
  • We do not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or health data. The app declares no such permissions.

Purchases

The full package is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple tells the app only whether the purchase was completed, and the app stores that answer on your device so your content stays unlocked.

If you reinstall the app or change devices, “Restore purchases” asks Apple again. That exchange is between your device and Apple.

Apple's own handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not by this one.

Children

This app is a study tool for adults preparing for a professional trade licence. It is not directed at children and it does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Third-party components

The app uses standard Apple frameworks and four open-source Flutter plugins: local storage, in-app purchase, the system “rate this app” prompt, and opening links in the browser. None of them collect personal data, and each one ships Apple's required privacy manifest.

About the content

The questions and worked calculations in this app are written by us from the requirements of the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) and the official content outline published by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. We do not reproduce the text or the tables of the NEC, which are the property of the National Fire Protection Association, and we do not reproduce any real exam.

This app is not official and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, PSI Services LLC, or the National Fire Protection Association.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Because the app collects nothing, we do not expect substantive changes.
